slow service preferential treatment
The service at meals felt slow. I waited a while to order drinks. Another group seemed to get preferential treatment. They were given extra food not offered to other guests (this was really surprising).

clean beach best spots
the beach was clean and very pleasant. pann, the diving center manager, was helpful, he took us to the best snorkeling spots. he took my daughter diving near the reef and she was very happy with her experience.
